Man, felt like I was back in college. The vibe. Heck yeah. Cool place. Could hang here anytime. Cool people, yummy drinks. Really neat that they are 24 hours (but my days of taking advantage of that are way far back in the rear view mirror). You gotta go and check it out. May not be everyone’s vibe but I love it and will be back.

Absolutely a 10/10, I never been there before so I asked the lady to make me her favorite drink and without hesitation she did!! The drink tasted amazing until she told me what was in it, she said there was lavender in it, unfortunately I am very allergic to lavender but without hesitation she took it and made me another fantastic drink! This was totally my fault I should have mentioned my allergy but even though it was on me she didn’t charge me for another drink, she simply just made me another. Most places would have charged double. But not this place, very nice atmosphere and amazing none lavender drinks lol.

The Bitter End is A coffee house that is open 24 hours a day, making it an ideal location to study, or to have a coffee and start the day after a long night out on the town. Located right by Grand Valley State University, it is an ideal place to stop by to get your morning fix before class. They have novels to read in case you forgot to bring your own, and a selection of boardgames to play if you are looking for some group fun. In addition to selling coffee by the cup, they also have beans you can take home, and assorted snacks like bagels and chips.

I originally stopped in for a service call to fix the toilet. The barista was super friendly and gave me an amazing recommendation for a coffee. This coffee is some of the best that I’ve had! Thank you again.

I've been able to enjoy great coffee in an amazing atmosphere here since 2007. Every Time I come through the Grand Rapids area I always stop by, and since it's open 24/7 I can pop in literally any time of the day.

I was excited to find a 24 hour source of proper coffee, though nervous about a night shift decline in quality. I was worried for no reason though. Excellent service, especially considering I typically visit between 1am and 5am. Night shift staff are helpful with finding you a drink you'll enjoy, and skilled at crafting the drinks expertly and quickly.
